Mandala Guided Healing

Mandala Guided Healing (MGH)is a new healing session that we are able to offer. What is wonderful about MGH is that the client is fully involved in the session, which is hugely empowering and also means we are able to work in a much more comprehensive way.

Mandalas contain patterns which are constructed from sacred geometric shapes – these are said to be the universal patterns which are contained within all things, geometric archetypes: "which reveal to us the nature of each form and its vibrational resonances. They are symbolic of the underlying metaphysical principle of the inseparable relationship of the part to the whole."

Working with mandalas enables us to connect energetically on all levels of our being.

So how does MGH work? The session starts, as always, with a full consultation. You will then choose a mandala template and will complete that mandala with colour.

After completing your mandala, we'll work together to chose crystals to devise a layout that represents it. I will then guide the actual healing session.

During the session, the crystals used will help to induce a deep sense of relaxation as they work with the energy of the mandala to promote energy balance and healing. During the healing session an essence will also be created to capture the energy of the mandala & crystal layout.

You will be able to take the essence away with you so that the session can be supported afterwards and further enhanced.

An MGH session will last approximately 2 hours and costs £60.00
