Planetary Essences
The Planetary Essences were created with the spiritual journey in mind. The planets themselves play a huge part in our life and its potential; their placement at the time of our birth influence our strengths, our challenges, our hopes and desires. It seems inconceivable that working with their energies can have anything less than a momentous effect on our spiritual selves and our journey in this lifetime.
All of the essences relate to a chakra and can be used to bring balance to its energies. Certain crystals relate to their energy and can be used to enhance and support the change that the essence initiates. The essences can be used with an astrological birth chart to help balance out excesses or to stimulate energies that are lacking. They can be used in times of emotional or mental stress to helps us find peace, comfort or endurance whilst gathering the strength to move through our sometimes dark nights or whilst discovering our previously unrecognised creativity.
However, for the most part these essences will work with you most effectively when used in conjunction with the many aspects, changes and developments that occur along your spiritual journey; use them to understand your soul's path, to develop the tools you require to serve you effectively and to initiate the next stage when one phase has been completed.
Tarot, specifically the Major Arcana, also relates to their energy; the cards are the story of your spiritual journey and development, and working with the card or understanding its significance may enable you to relate on a deeper level to the properties of that essence and to the transformation that it is helping to enable.
How to work with the Essences
The essences can be used singly or in combination, but with no more than four essences combined at any one time. If using a combination of three essences (to bring in change) it is recommended that Earth be the fourth as this will help to ground the new energies being worked with.
If using a combination of energies for release, it is recommended that Moon be included to enable gentle understanding through the release. A lesson learned is a lesson not repeated.
When deciding which essence to use, you can use intuition or dowsing. Alternatively, you may look at the key words to see which energies you need or wish to bring into your life.
Essences can be taken internally but it is recommended that they be used energetically – in the aura or on specific chakra points. A few drops could also be placed in the bath, on pulse points or on a pillow.
These essences can be bought from our shop.
The Planetary Essences are £5.50 each (10ml bottle) or £57.00 for the complete set of eleven.
