How to Order
Placing an Order
Once you are ready to place your order please follow the prompts from the cart and be sure to include the following details:
- Item name and price - prices are given in British Pounds (GBP)
- Method of payment (see options below)
- Your registered email address if paying via PayPal
- Your full name and shipping address
We will email you an invoice confirming your order and total amount due. Payment must be received within 7 days.
Please be aware that The Angel Garden exhibit over several weekends throughout the year and items sold at these events will not be updated on the website until the Monday morning. Please do not send payment until you have received confirmation of your order.
Items will be dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment via PayPal, or upon cleared funds if paying by cheque (please allow 5-7 working days).

UK: PayPal, cheque or postal order.
International: PayPal only.
Postage Costs & Insurance
Items over £15.00 will be sent to UK addresses with the following service:
UK: £5.00 (Special Delivery - insured, signature required on delivery).
Items under £15.00 (with the exception of crystals pillars or wands which must go as Special Delivery) being sent to a UK address have the option of being sent as 1st Class Royal Mail (at an average cost of £2.00) or as Special Delivery. Please specify which is prefered and you will be emailed with the postage cost before being invoiced.
International: £7.00 (International Signed-for Delivery - insured, signature required on delivery).
Customer Satisfaction
Please email us within 7 days of receipt if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will arrange an exchange or refund. The original postage charge is non-refundable and the buyer must bear the return postage cost. The item must be returned unworn, in its original box or pouch, packaged securely and sent via insured post, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Earrings are not returnable (unless faulty or damaged) for hygiene reasons. Please note we cannot accept returns on any jewellery which has been custom made or altered to fit. Chains are not included in the price of any pendant.
Photographic Accuracy
While every effort has been made to present colours as close to the original as possible, colour accuracy of images cannot be guaranteed due to variations in system set-up and monitors.
Please note that items are not shown to scale in the photographs. Dimensions are listed on most items. Please contacts us if you require further information regarding the dimension of an item. All measurements listed are approximate.
